Should I seriously pursue art? I really love drawing, but all I can draw--and all I enjoy drawing--are my OCs.
Is that immature of me? I am terrible at drawing backgrounds or cityscapes or whatever. I've tried, certainly. So my art skills are severely limited. But I really like this one aspect. And honestly I'm not that good at Photoshop. I like how easy it is to color and I'm not half bad at inking, but--I just have so much better fine motor control when I'm doing things by hand.
I just don't want to make a mistake.
UW-Green Bay doesn't have an animation program. Besides, is that where I would like to go? Would that satisfy my needs? Do I want to do animation? What else can I possibly do? I don't know anything about art fields. Graphic design and animation are the only art-related programs I'm familiar with.
I really don't know what I want to do.
